Component audio/video cable with usb port aswell. Connect your device to a stereo to listen to some tunes if you have no docking station or connect it to your TV to watch your recorded videos, saved movies, Netflix, Youtube...
NOT HD, this a component AV audio/video cable. I tried the Netflix app on my Plasma TV and it wasn't too shaby...I'll be using it!

For those wondering, the av cables work with your recorded videos and youtube on all devices, however with a recent update, does not support video playback for Vevo. Also note, that video playback for Netflix only works with the iPhone 4 and iPod 4g (I could not confirm the iPad yet). Audio works with Vevo and Netflix on the 3GS, but the video playback doesn't.
