Anyone else running Pro Comp Tires? How do you like them? How's the Wear? What Style do you have X A/T's, X M/T's, M/T's, X-Terrains, or Regular A/T's?

I'm on 31x10.5-15 X A/T's 5000KM's wearing good and even, They seem too work good on and off road I'm running them at 29lbs everywhere. They pack up in the Mud at low speed but appear to clear well with tire speed.

I had 32's in the MT style....wore GREAT, had about 50,000 kms when I sold them...and still lots of life in them.
Right now my 33's in the Xtreme MT are doing the same, but I'm not putting as many kms on the Jeep as I use to...
During the May Fun Run, I (by mistake) air down too much and had them at 9psi LOL....never lost a bead lol

I'm running the Xtreme ATs and the gf is running the regular (Severe Weather) ATs. She bought hers used last winter so I am unsure the mileage but they are still wearing good and even. As far as mine goes, I bought them new last summer (late summer IIRC) and I'm not sure if they even wore yet LOL. No seriously they are a rough n rugged tire and at the rate they are wearing will prolly last me a few years. I've put about 15K on them and have the fronts at 30psi and the rears at 28. Gotta love a rugged 10ply on a lightweight vehicle. If I think of it this afternoon, I'll measure the wear.

I have Procomps on both of my Jeeps and find they work great on the trail and wear well on the highway. Of course both my Jeeps aren't my daily drivers so that may be the key reason they're lasting so well.

On the trails I run the 33" Procomp Extreme M/T's as low as six pounds to wrap around the rocks & stumps on the trails or crawling over deep snow. I don't find them all that great in mud but that may be just me.

Because of the limited ground clearance of my Liberty I don't air down the ProComp LT245/75R16 AT's but I still find the performance on the trail great. However they're pretty noisy on the highway.

I don't find that Procomp tires have a great reputation like BFG's or Mickey Thompsons. I must confess that the deciding factor on buying Procomp tires was the price. Every fall they typically go on a sale.

I question if their reputation is simply cause of lack of advertising and sponsership presence... BFG and MT are practically household names. The majority of owners that have commented on them seemed to like them though.

I measured mine today and they were 15 - 16/32... so I lost 2 - 3/32s in about 15K kms. That includes some good mileage on dirt and mud. Come late summer when they are a year old and have 20K kms I would like to estimate them as being down 4/32s overall. If they can make it to their third winter then they'll likely make it thru the following summer and then need changing that fall. That would make em a three year tire. Hopefully anyways....
