Hi,i have a Champion winch on my rig,but the motor is not working.Does anybody know where i could either get it fix or to find a new motor in the Moncton area.I know it is a cheap winch, but i feel it would be cheaper to fix it than buy another one. Thanks in advance.

Try Ricky at One Stop Electric, Power Plus Tool Repair was the repair center at one point but no longer do them. If One Stop isnt the repair center he will probly be able to tell you where to get it repaired.

I checked their website www.championpowerequipment.com but couldn't locate anything other than a toll free number and/or email address for support.
However, they did list the Canadian office in Woodstock, NB.

The office in woodstock is Barret Marketing I do believe. They may have change there name in the last few years thought.
The guy at one stop electric motor repair is pretty good. Thats where i'd go first.

Can't help you out on getting it fixed but i was, thinking about buying a champion winch. How long have you had it untill the motor burnt out?
