in no way does this have anything to do with moncton!!! i reciently purchased a lift kit from dartmouth,great! NOT!! after it came in i was to receive it on dec-9,not, again on the 10th. not!! again on the 13th GUESS what NOT!!!!,but guess what i received it on the 14th, not all of it though, again i received it on the 17th,but not all AGAIN !!!!!!!!, so here i sit supposed to get the remaining pieces by 5 pm.not holding my breath though. So if you ask me the service i received in DARTMOUTH absolutely sucked!!!! OH, did i tell you that he gave me a jeep plate and two jeep signs, i feel so much better!!!!! and you guessed it not again!! i was sitting home here tonight and ray (owner) from cvo dartmouth called and was really good about all this,i know it doesnt make up for all the calls and hassle, but he has offered to upgrade my shocks to the 2.2 free of charge and i will commend him on his actions,and thanks to reg for letting him know about this!!

To all customers.
Sometimes this time of the year,it's very hard to give a timeline on parts ETA due to the weather.
As an example,the storm that hit Ontario on highway 402 is a highway that is used alot to transfer parts from the US to Canada.
Example,I had ordered some 35" MTZ for stock,ETA was only 2 days.But took at least 7 due to that storm.Also Purolator had over 21 trucks that was a few days late because of that storm.

So if you could guys and gals,sometimes delivery time is beyond our control.

Another example,I had a shipment coming in,but was a few days late,because the transport truck was involved in an accident,and somebody got killed.Because of that,the load had to be transfered to another truck and driver.

We all do what we can to serve you.Whoever your dealing with.
